Mr. Afolabi Ahmed Olaiya is currently the Financial Controller of Weston-Charis Microfinance Bank Ltd. He has over 10 years’ experience in Finance, Internal Auditing & Control related field.  He previously worked as an Internal Auditor/Controller at a reputable FCMG company in Kwara State before his appointment with Balogun Gambari Microfinance Bank Ltd, initially for the role of Head, Internal Control and Auditing and later Acted as the Head, Financial control for over 2 years.

He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also a member of Associate Accounting Technician of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ATSWA) He also holds a degree in Accounting from Kwara State University, Malete and a Diploma in Accountancy from Crown Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti.
