Olugbenga Ojo ELIJAH. Joined the company in October 2020 as a Lead Business Process and Portfolio Management, who later rose to be Head of Operation.
Olugbenga brings to the management of Weston-Charis MFB a wealth of experience which spans 14 years in Finance Company, Finance House, Microfinance Bank and Corporate Organization.

He has worked in various reputable organizations like Fast Credit Limited, Grand Treasurers Limited a subsidiary of Consolidate Hallmark Insurance Plc., Work as a consultant to Ciggep Finance Ltd, and other Organization.

Olugbenga has his first degree in Banking and Finance from University of Ado Ekiti, now Ekiti State University in Ado Ekiti, Nigeria. He is also an Alumnus of FHAN.

He has attended several academic and professional programs all around like Business School etc.

Olugbenga’s wealth of experience, resilience and determination to engender the development of a reputable organization will be of immense support to the growth of Weston-Charis MFB.
