Ms. Yetunde Ogundare is the Head Legal and Chief Compliance Officer of Weston-Charis Microfinance Bank Limited. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) and BL respectively. She has 9 years’ post call to bar experience and over 6 years working experience in a financial sector. Prior to joining Weston-Charis Microfinance Bank Limited, she was the Head, Legal of Parkway Microfinance Bank Limited with the main responsibilities of general legal advisory and company secretariat services. This include but not limited to; board structure management, contracts and agreement review, advice on securitization, loan documentation review, advice on contentious and non-contentious matters and compliance with the regulatory guidelines.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) as a Microfinance Certified Practitioner.
